The Friends of Harbor Village board (FoHV) have rescheduled the Boots & Bonnets rummage sale for April 28, 2018, at the same time and place: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., at 17571 North Dam Access Road in Warsaw, Mo.
Fewer vendors registered than expected for the event originally scheduled for Saturday, October 21, 2017 during the annual Heritage Days. In addition, several Heritage Days vendors asked for a postponement to enable them to sell items at both venues.
Vendors already registered may hold their reservations for the new date, or request a refund.
Vendor applications, or requests for refund, will be accepted at the Senior Center front desk now through Friday, April 27, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
Forty (40) spaces will be set aside in the front parking lot of the Harbor Village complex for individuals with items to sell from the boots (trunks) and-or bonnets (hoods) of their personal vehicles.
Concession stands will be open in the rear of the building. Tours of the facility guided by volunteer staff will be offered during the hours of the sale.
The sale is hosted by the Friends of Harbor Village (FoHV), a 501(3)(c) non-profit board established to support Katy Trail Community Healthcare, Pathways Community Healthcare, and Care Connection (Warsaw Senior Center) who provide a wide variety of healthcare services at the Village.
Proceeds from the rent of parking spaces will go into a fund managed by FoHV to provide vouchers to eligible persons to pay transportation costs to and from appointments at the Village.
